$130 per 50-minute session
Insurance
I am a fee for service provider. At this time I am not in affiliation with any insurance plans however I can provide you with a super bill at the end of the month with which you may be able to submit a claim on your own.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
